1. Gabatarwa
Wannan rubutun digiri na farko, wanda Jakub Stránský ya rubuta a Jami'ar Fasaha ta VSB – Ostrava (2025), ya mayar da hankali kan nazarin halayen injiniya na kayan LUVOSINT PA12 9270 BK, wanda aka sarrafa ta amfani da fasahar Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). 2.1 Tarihin Buga SLS a Taƙaice
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) an ƙirƙira shi a cikin shekarun 1980 a Jami'ar Texas a Austin ta hannun Dr. Carl Deckard da Dr. Joe Beaman. 3. Kayayyaki
3.1 Bayanin Kayayyakin Da Ake Amfani Da Su a SLS
Fasahar SLS tana amfani da polymers na thermoplastic kamar polyamide (PA12, PA11), polypropylene (PP), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), da polyether ether ketone (PEEK). Kowane kayan yana ba da halayen injiniya daban-daban, juriyar zafi, da dacewa da sinadarai. PA12 shine mafi yawan amfani saboda kyakkyawan daidaiton ƙarfi, sassauci, da iya sarrafawa.
3.2 Kayan LUVOSINT PA12 9270 BK

4. Gwaji
4.1 Buga
An buga samfuran ta amfani da na'urar buga 3D SLS (misali, EOS P396) tare da daidaitattun sigogi: ƙarfin laser 30 W, saurin dubawa 5 m/s, kaurin layi 0.1 mm, da zafin gado 175°C. An daidaita samfuran ta hanyoyi uku: kwance (XY), tsaye (Z), da gefe (XZ) don tantance halayen anisotropic.
4.2 Auna Girman Barbashi da Rarraba Foda

5. Sakamako da Tattaunawa
